    Thai rice noodles prepared in a sizzling hot wok with bean sprouts and chives, served with fresh bean sprouts and topped with crunchy peanuts.

  • Pineapple Fried Rice

    Fried rice with chicken, beef, or shrimp mixed with white onion on a half-shelled pineapple.

  • Green curry

    A choice of chicken, beef, or shrimp prepared with our house green curry sauce, coconut milk, eggplants, and fresh sprigs of Thai basil.

For the past 40 years, Chiang Mai Thai Cuisine, a family-owned restaurant, has been part of the community of restaurants on the island of O’ahu. 

We have strived to give our patrons’ palates the experience of actually being in Thailand.

Thus, from the original recipes passed down from our mother (Chanpheng), we have placed much emphasis on freshness, exotic herbs, spices and locally grown produce.
